New Director of ALZHEIMER HOME Division

Prague, 1 September 2022 - Ladislav Kažimír has taken over the management of the ALZHEIMER HOME division of Penta Hospitals Group as of 1 September. The experienced 42-year-old manager will be responsible for completing the ongoing integration, consolidation of the company and the related further development of the entire ALZHEIMER HOME network and the services it provides.

The new director considers his personal priority to be mainly the employees. Not only does he want to contribute to the further improvement of the facilities for their work, but he also wants to continue to develop the conditions for the professional and personal growth of colleagues in our organisation.

"In the first phase, I want to get to know the operation of the individual facilities, their specifics and potential. So I am now̌ will mainly be visiting our homes and talking to staff about how to continue to improve their functioning," says Ladislav. At the same time, however, he also has a lot of managerial work ahead of him. He has the best prerequisites for that. He brings to his new position a wealth of experience and experience from previous management positions as well as knowledge of the internal processes of the Penta Group.

According to the new director, the further development of ALZHEIMER HOME will be based primarily on the expertise of existing employees. This should also be supported by systematic support for their further training and professional growth. At the same time, Ladislav also wants to develop more cooperation with the municipalities and regions in which our individual facilities operate. "After all, they are their residentséfor whom our services are intended."

LADISLAV KAFISHR

He studied management and economics at the University of Agriculture in Nitra from 1998 to 2004 and successfully extended his education at the University of Economics in Prague in 2015. He gained his first managerial experience in organizational work for the Slovak Volleyball Federation, where he successfully participated in the organization of national and international competitions. After 2005 he worked in managerial positions in building and managing networks of multinational trading companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and England. Within the companies in the portfolio of Penta Investments group he participated in the operational management and development of the successful investment project PetCenter.
