Savoury pastry

Christmas Eve was over and the time of preparation for the big day of the year, which is undoubtedly "New Year's Eve", began. By this time we all enjoyed candy, Christmas cakes or eggnog. So we had enough sugar and it was time to prepare something salty so that we would have something to "eat" while we were waiting for the New Year 👍. In order to have something to eat with wine or sparkling wine, we baked savoury pastries. Mostly we made bars, but there are no limits to the imagination. Our clients have already shown their creativity many times, and so not only bars, but also pretzels or saltine crackers were created under their hands. We sprinkled everything with sesame seeds, coarse salt or poppy seeds and looked forward to saying goodbye to 2022 👏.
