The attractive architectural design of the building and a number of optional services allow the tenants of the Jasmín Residence to lead a happy life in accordance with their own needs and with regard to their current state of health.
Residence Jasmín offers the possibility of renting barrier-free apartments in the arrangement of mainly 1 + KK and 2 + KK with an area of 29 m² - 64 m², with a shared reception. Some apartments have an outdoor terrace. Residential rental apartments are located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 7th floors of the building. The windows are situated on all sides of the world, some apartments have windows facing the green atrium of the Residence.
