Exercise 💪 and cinema 👀

At ALZHEIMER HOME Jablunkov we like to exercise💪, so last week was no exception.😉 While the participants of the activity were gathering, those who were already on the spot were warming up with a big inflatable ball under the guidance of one of our clients, Mrs. Maruška. 🏐 We finished our activity together with exercises with small balls. 😊 In the afternoon our clients were shown the documentary film Planeta Praha. It was interesting to see how many animals live in our capital city. It was a very interesting documentary about the animals' ability to adapt to life in big city conditions.🏘️
